At One X Nutrition, we strive to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the process for returning or exchanging products.

1. Policy for Defective Products

We do not accept returns of defective products under any circumstances.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must:

Shoot a clear video and take photos showing the defect or issue with the product.

Email the video and photos to our official email address: onexnutrition03@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue in the email.

Once we verify the defect, we will either:

Ship a replacement product at no additional cost, or

Issue a full refund to your original payment method, depending on product availability.

If you fail to provide the required proof within 48 hours, we will not be able to process a replacement or refund for defective products.

2. Policy for Non-Defective Products

We accept returns for non-defective products (e.g., change of mind) within 3 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

You must email us at onexnutrition03@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return to initiate the process.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% of the product’s value may apply for non-defective returns.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for non-defective products, subject to availability.

For defective products, exchanges will only be processed after verification of the defect via the video and photo evidence sent to onexnutrition03@gmail.com

If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods, personalized products, or items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
5. Additional Information
